After the Sale: Buyer’s Remorse – or Tour de Force?

Leaving the Realtors’ tent in which I’d contracted to a two-week cash close, I thought it’d be prudent to take a second more deliberate look. 

The impulsive decision –  and the cash used – to buy seven undeveloped acres on Lake James – was all mine, following the sale of my agency. As a PR guy, I knew it’d also be best to gain buy-in of my family. That time was also short.

I made a video of my original walk down through the woods, over the creek and to the lake beach. Then my wife called: “You didn’t buy anything did you?”
